I have an iPhone 6 12.4.5, iPhone SE iOS 13.3.1 and iPad Pro iOS 13.3.1 and all my contacts, calendars, notes, reminders are all synced and is available on all devices. Not wanting to store info on iCloud is your prerogative, I have no say in that. The very purpose of having a third party app to sync Contacts, Calendars and Notes with your Windows Laptop is not clear to me. Is there a way to sync without iTunes on the laptop? That was all before Windows 7 support dropped. It synced over local WiFi, as I am not comfortable having my information in the cloud. It used to sync with Outlook on my Windows lapop.
I use the iPhone's native Calendar, Contacts, and Notes apps (not email).
